About the fishery

Luccombes is a small coarse-fishing holiday complex at Exminster. Fishing across its five ponds is reserved for guests staying on site, with a mixture of carp and silver-fish waters. The adult-only Ash Pond targets larger carp, while other ponds provide mixed coarse fishing. Guests use fishery-supplied nets and mats and can obtain refreshments from the on-site café.

No leadcore, fixed feeders, nuts or artificial bait.
Use supplied nets and mats; bring a landing-net handle or ask reception about purchase.
No keepnets outside organised fishery matches; never leave rods unattended.
Under16s need a responsible adult; Ash is over18s only.
No swim reservation using unattended personal tackle.
