  • The operator’s 2026 tariff, checked on 5 November 2026, lists Lodge Lake at £38 for 24 hours, £70 for Friday–Sunday 48 hours and £90 for 72 hours. Carp Pond is £30 for 24 hours and £60 for Friday–Sunday 48 hours.
  • Other advertised sessions include Thursday 19 hours (£25 Lodge Lake or £22 Carp Pond), Wednesday 43 hours (£63 or £52), and Monday–Friday 91 hours (£115 or £112). The £90 Carp Pond 72-hour option is marked Monday only.
  • Exclusive lake hire is £450 for 24 hours or £850 for 48 hours on Lodge Lake; Carp Pond is £160 or £300. Pods are listed at £30 per night for up to two people; confirm any additional charge.
  • The tariff states no refunds and offers credit after weather or frozen-lake closure, usable within 12 months of the original booking. The general rules separately exclude pods from their adverse-weather rebooking statement. Confirm terms for the exact product.

  • The contact page lists reception/contact hours: Monday and Friday 08:00–10:00 and 14:00–18:00; Tuesday–Thursday and Saturday 08:00–17:00; Sunday closed.
  • These are not confirmed fishing or gate hours. Friday–Sunday fishing sessions are advertised, so the Sunday contact-page closure must not be treated as closure of all fishing.
  • Check-in, departure times and seasonal restrictions should be confirmed with the booking provider. Pods are listed for departure by 14:00, or 09:00 on Friday.

Angling rules

  • Two rods maximum. Bring your own landing net of at least 42 inches and a walled mat or cradle. Return all fish; carry them in a sling or collapsed net, never by hand.
  • Rigs must release the lead; fixed rigs are prohibited. The operator allows leadcore. Rods must never be left unattended.
  • No nuts, floating baits, float fishing or bait boats. Use allocated pegs and tracks; do not park on the grass. Dogs are prohibited on Carp Pond and Lodge Lake.
  • The general rules specify micro-barbed hooks; Lodge Lake’s own page permits barbless or micro-barbed hooks. Confirm which rule applies to the booked water.
  • Lodge Lake prohibits under-18s. General rules exclude under-16s and require adult supervision for under-18s unless prior permission has been given.
